Two Aspects of Righteousness
- A Positional Righteousness (Romans 4:5; II Corinthians 5:21)
- Practical Righteousness (Matthew 5:10; Matthew 25:34-40; I John 3:7,10)
- God's children are to live like they are God's children. (We are children of light.)
THE ROUGH WAY
- We are going to suffer as Christians.
- "...shall suffer persecution." -- II Timothy 3:12

The Experience of Opposition
Persecution = being pursued or harassed
The Expectation of Opposition
Persecution will come your way.
Just as they persecuted Christ, we'll be persecuted as well. (John 15:10)

Rejoice & Be Exceedingly Glad
Don't let opposition discourage you.
Don't let opposition defeat you.
There is payday ahead for the Righteous!
